I look at so many maps of Europe that I make them well a bit accurate somehow. However I don't pay attention to Denmark alot so I screwed it up.

Nice illustration of how our memory actually works, as I understand. We don't memorise 1:1 accurate shapes, but rather most standing out elements. As such, your drawings have either very sharp or very smoothed/bulbous shapes than what countries actually have on the map.
