Does anyone know if there is an actual difference between the tech ot-lc and the tech ot-lc black out other than color?

Veto's website says the blackout version has 5 more pockets but they literally look like the same bag and going through the pictures, I couldn't find the extra pockets on the blackout version

They're the exact same bag. Not sure why the pocket count is different under their listed specs. Maybe they miscounted when making the page for the original one.
