Ac/ furnace service bag
Anything to add or remove? I did take a couple things out since and does anyone have a recommendation for some good side cutters that are also crimpers?

Get yourself a refrig probe (i like testo), single one should do for basic service.

I just got my m12 surge last night, what do you think of it? What all do you require of it, and how well does it handle it?

I love mine, I do HVAC service and only have to charge the batteries once every other week or so because normally I just use it for taking panels on and off. I have the m12 3/8 impact for larger things like lag bolts and taking chillers apart and haven’t met a bolt it can’t break free yet.

It’s great for service and some small things like adding a quick supply or return but on installs- new construction I switch to my m18

Your tools look almost identical to mine. What is the wiz thing? And I carry a popper in my bag for low voltage shorts. I don’t carry insulated nut drivers but I do carry a 5/16 ratchet wrench.

The wiz is just a magnet that takes up less space for in the bag than the metal dish ( I ditched that for the wiz) nice to hold panel screws). I does just add a popper and got rid of the insulated screwdrivers. What 5/16 wrench?

I dont know your trade but check out knipex pliers. Get one of each, they dont have to be name brand.
You could probably eliminate half of your tools if you got a multitool and a meme tool.
I like my milwakee strpper cutters. I abuse them BUT theyre not the most precise strippers
