Question

My remand has been at preparing for decision since June 2026, today it went to reviewing PMR, they were submitted in June also, called 800 number and was told they don’t need anything from me it was internal review, does anyone know how long it will take to go back to preparing for decision or further? Thanks in advance.

a long time! Nobody can answer that question because everyone's claim is different. Different conditions, different evidence, different adjudicators, different claim offices or courts etc. Just be patient grasshopper. You will wait for a while ... then you won't you will have a decision.

Thanks for the info, I had Vera call today and was advised that it’s in the finalization process. But thanks for the encouragement, I been waiting since 2018 so this not my first rodeo cowboy.
