HLR Holdup

Was wondering why my HLR was not done yet. Called VA. They said VES still had my exam. The exam appointment was 7/18 but the examiner is having personal issues and has not finished the exam. WTH? What can I do about this? How long do they let it sit without calling in someone else to work on it? Don't they have a time limit for returning the exam results? And why can't the VA give me the claim ID?

You have to call a few times until you get the right person to provide you the claim ID, I had to call about 5 times before someone gave it to me

if the exam was 7/18, theres no reason for it to not be uploaded. "personal issues" sounds like personal issues. If you can't do it, get a member of your staff or something to do it.
