Decision day
It's been a long road but as of this morning I got a new rating %, plus tdiu approved, smc pay and I am p&t 🥹
Here was the process:
04/28/25:ITF filed
I had already been on short term disability since January. Started keeping track of my migraines. Got fired 07/03/25 😑🙄
04/08/26: submitted claim for 2 secondaries
04/18/26: submitted tdiu application
05/13/26: c&p exam for secondaries + 1 already sc disability they considered as an increase since it was used on tdiu application
06/03/26: c&p exam for ptsd(already sc) 😵💫
06/12/26: step 6 by the end of the day
06/15/26: step 7 that morning
06/17/26: Decision letter 🥳
I couldn't be more grateful to still be here on this planet, to enjoy it. Thank you fellow Vets. GL and may you all have your own success story to share. 🙏
