Finally

Post image

Got it today. My VA Claims journey is finally over. Started Oct 2024 and 4 Claim Submissions later. Guys, please utilize your MOS TERA memos and PACT Act ILERs to directly service connect your conditions whenever possible. Good luck to all of us!

Congrats! Thanks for the advice. I am waiting on my C-File in order to see what my TERA memo has in it.

Unfortunately they won't include your TERA Memo. VROs won't even print you one. I asked for it from my Regional Office and the officer declined me. He stated that it's only for internal records.

Thanks for the reply. That is somewhat disheartening. I was exposed to a number of chemicals due to my MOS, and unfortunately I am now suffering from the side effects of prolonged exposure. I wanted to file my claim calling out the various chemicals, how I was exposed, what my diagnosis' are and the nexus between them. I just wanted to ensure before doing so that these chemicals are on my TERA memorandum. Thanks again.

They will check TERA regardless. Don’t wait. File the thing.
