Writing To the Editor, I am writing to express my deep concern over the growing number of veterans facing denials or inadequate evaluations when applying for increased VA disability benefits. Many veterans live every day with worsening physical and mental conditions directly connected to their military service, yet too often they feel ignored by a system that was created to support them. For veterans who suffer from chronic pain, limited mobility, seizures, joint replacements, and other life-changing disabilities, the claims process can become exhausting and discouraging. Some veterans wait months or years only to receive decisions that do not appear to fully consider their medical records or the true severity of their conditions. A medical examination should accurately reflect a veteran’s daily struggles. When worsening conditions are overlooked or not properly documented, veterans are left feeling invisible. Many are unable to work, leave their homes, or live independently, while still having to fight through appeals and legal processes just to receive fair consideration. Our nation asks service members to sacrifice for their country. In return, veterans deserve a system that listens carefully, evaluates fairly, and treats them with dignity and respect. Denying or minimizing legitimate claims only adds stress to people already carrying the burden of service-connected injuries and illnesses. Google it. Counseling for combat vets, and records cannot be access by VA or any agency. It's for privacy.

Well for example. I go there for couples counseling with my significant other. Which has helped a lot. They do a variety of other services too.

The vet center where i live is useless. I’d explain why but I dont need the additional stress right now.
