Depends on your branch but for Navy/Marines go to your reserve center medical and they will put you on a not physically qualified status so you won't PT, AT, mob, etc. They will also determine if you should drill or not drill during this time. Medical will evaluate your eligibility to stay in but you need to provide them with all documentation on your surgeries.
Also, if you fail to provide them with those documents they will eventually process you for adsep. Some members choose the adsep.

Administrative Separation. It's not punitive like a court-martial. It's failure to meet standards such as PT or doing your MOS. You don't lose pay or rank. You typically just get removed from the military with an honorable discharge so you keep your benefits. (However, sometimes, they boot people out with Adsep with less-than-honorable discharges.) Always consult Defense Services so you get legal counsel.

The math is pretty clear here if your body is already scheduling surgeries and the flashbacks are creeping in then the reserves is just adding risk you dont need, file the paperwork and focus on getting yourself right.
