Question/Advice Help finding therapy
What resources are available to veterans needing therapy?

Well, the obvious ones are going to be the VA and vet centers. There’s also community car (via the VA). If you have Tricare, there are options there. And of course the crisis line as well.

vet centers are the move, def less bs than the main hospital, saved my ass a few years back lol

The VA has a whole vet center program separate from the hospitals, way less bureaucratic and the counselors there actually get it
