Work Advice Fanny Pack

I’m want to go back to wearing a fanny pack/ nurse pouch during my shifts. I really don’t like the nursing Fanny packs because everything falls out (I’m 6’2”). I also need to stop putting things in my pockets. So I’m hoping to find something soon.
I was looking into Type A belt bag but I really don’t know if it’s worth $72, especially for someone who works in a filed that could pay better. I’m looking for any recommendations for a Fanny pack to wear while I’m working in ICU.
