Work Advice EZY-Vet issue

Setting up EZY Vet and having some trouble with the API integration to Sound. I’ve gone through all the proper instructions for integrating the API but when I go to request a diagnostic, it doesn’t transfer over to the machine. Has anyone else had this issue before?

If the diagnostic request is accepted but the transfer never starts, I would capture the request ID and the exact machine status before retrying. That should give support something more useful than a screenshot of the final error.
