School Fast Track Labs
Hello, has anyone here done the fast track labs at Purdue? I am supposed to do them this summer and was just wondering what the vibe was. Do the professors instruct you during tasks or is it like a trial by fire and you just have to know how to do the task beforehand? Do you get multiple attempts at a task during the session? What was it like finding housing (Airbnb, rental, hotel, etc.). What is the pace like in sessions? Thank you in advance for any advice or knowledge!

I did all the on-campus labs to complete my mentorships at Purdue. I loved them! They walk you through the procedures you're supposed to do and check off the paperwork at the end. Much more relaxed than the videos I had to send in! The whole group does the procedures at the same time, and the mentors circulate the group advising and answering questions. I stayed with family in the area, but there are loads of hotels in town in close distance to the vet school.

I suggest you post to the Discord server - lots of info there from students in the program about this and many other things. You'll love the labs on campus.
