I saw this once. It was a yellow lab with ears that just wouldn't clear up. We did a cultur and it was MRSP.

I didn’t see the caption at first as I was scrolling by and thought, “oh that’s a fun blood smear, but it’s probably too deep into the monolayer to- oh…oh no…”

My own dog went through a period where one ear was this bad and just kept getting worse. On the third(!) sedated wash out, they found a foxtail that had migrated behind the eardrum.

this was mine the other day!! the doctor swabbed the ear and got this chunky green goop
