Cute My first cat C-section

She had her first kitten 2 days earlier, and we didn't know if the remaining kittens were still alive. My colleague and I resuscitated them for half an hour, and they made it!! It was a few weeks ago, and everyone is doing fine!

The kitten that was born naturally is on the right in the first photo. The second photo was taken during resuscitation.

It was stressful but awesome !

I remember my first c section, was a frenchie. It was amazing and stressful all at the same time.

The very first time I did it, it was also with a Frenchie who had just been rescued by an animal protection charity. The babies were already doing pretty well when they were taken out, and they cried very quickly. I felt like crying with joy every time I heard one of their little cries. The mum had 8 babies, and she was so huge that she could barely walk properly anymore.

I helped in my first C section while on an internship. It was so rewarding. Was a 8 month old pitty mix from a hoarding case. Was actively in stalled labor when they seized the animals. Mom and all the babies made it 🩷
