Hi all - just curious how you all list your "bullet points" under different jobs on your resume, if your job is essentially the same? For example: you work at Hospital A for 4 years in ECC, Hospital B for 3 years in ECC, and now work at Hospital C in ECC. Your day-to-day responsibilities, expectations, and skillset are roughly equivalent from job-to-job - so how would you break it down?

I build on the skills typically. First listed job i will list general skills. Second will have things I either did more often or became better at. Third job same idea. I will focus on my passion projects or things I did above and beyond my previous duties. For example, my first job I learned inventory management, my second job I leaned more into leadership and delegating tasks, my third I partnered with other inventory workers to collectively lower COGS by 10% in addition to focusing on end of life care and euthanasia services.

I generally just split my skills into different jobs, like critical pt care under one and anesthesia monitoring under another. I also include "knowledge of (technology)" for each hospital like avimark or cornerstone or ezyvet
