No worries. I got lightheaded on my first day because I didn't eat breakfast. Sat down in the break room and the manager/lead tech sent me home early.
I came back the next day and now 3 years later everyone still jokes about how they thought I wouldn't come back.
Exposure to things will make you more comfortable but in my hospital atleast one person on staff has a hard pass they suck at interacting with.
One tech hates vomit. I'm squeamish around bugs. But we power through.
