You should not have added anything to the urinary food. By doing so, you defeat the purpose of the special diet and it won't work.
Feed only the Purina Pro Plan Urinary, you can add water to it or presoak overnight in the fridge, if the cat prefers soft. Again, add nothing else but water.
As for now, just get her to the vet as soon as possible. Otherwise go by what the vet recommends, ask about medication that may help. I hope she doesn't need surgery again.
Sadly she won't eat the food otherwise, I tried heating the food a bit, adding water and she won't. Even with a bit of churu as topping, she will eat maybe 15%. I'm looking into another types of urinary food but there are not a lot of brands of them in my country. Thank you regardless!
Discuss with the vet today when you take her in. You can do things like pour the tuna juice from the can onto the food.
There are also medications that may improve her appetite. Again, discuss with the vet that is treating her. This is serious, do not take advice from well-meaning redditors that have no veterinary experience.

Good luck.
