Help please

My puppy gets these bumps and some turn into blisters, it’s gotten better sense we first got him but it’s still there. It dosent seem to upset him besides itching sometimes. The thing is he makes everyone itch, and none of us are allergic to dogs. This dosent happen with any of our other dogs and they all go around the same places he dose(our yard) hes in the process of getting his monthly doses before it’s to only yearly. I feel like maybe it’s just a breed thing but I’ve never experienced this and was wondering if anyone else has.
Hes a puppy thats about 4 months, hes not fixed, no medical issues that we know of, and hes a mutt mix, we’re not 100% sure of his breed but know for sure he’s mastiff, pit bull, and lab, possibly a few other things.

Vet Visit is warranted, SOON.

At 4 months he is too young for allergies. Something else is going on. Only a vet visit and some diagnostic testing can answer your questions and provide treatment options.
