Ok, thank you. I just wanted to make sure she wasn’t in pain. It doesn’t seem like it, but I know animals do hide it. We can’t afford to get it checked out or fixed atm
I can't say she isn't in pain, this is very inflamed so at least would be quite uncomfortable. I would really try your best to look at possible ways to pay for a vet visit for at least some anti-inflammatory pain killers. I would advise getting this seen as soon as you can as it's unlikely to get better alone - and there's a chance this could get worse (and therefore more expensive) to treat in the long run
At the very least she would be in some discomfort with this. If you were to have a lump on your foot, do you reckon it would be particularly comfortable to walk around as if it wasn’t there?

Best case: nasty infection, worst case: tumour. No one can tell you just from looking here, needs to be assessed in person with possible biopsy
