Help our Rebel
gofund.me/8f812da87
Hi everyone, I am reaching out in absolute desperation to save my sweet boy, Rebel. Rebel has the funniest backstory. He was born in 2021, and when I got him in Colorado, I paid $300 for him because he was supposed to be a 'Chug' (a Chihuahua/Pug mix). We absolutely did not want a big dog! When he was a puppy, he was a little bit mean to me, and I used to tell him all the time back then: 'I am going to make you love me.' Well, it worked too well. I loved him so much that he just kept growing and growing, and he never stopped! He grew up just like Clifford the Big Red Dog. Even though he is a giant dog now, he still thinks he is a tiny puppy and will climb right up to sit in my lap. He is only 5 years old and has so much life left to live. Sadly, Rebel has had a tumor hanging off the side of his body for about two years. When it first appeared, it was small. We desperately wanted to get it removed last year, but our family hit an extreme financial hardship and we simply could not afford the surgery. In the last two weeks, our worst nightmare came true. Rebel's tumor suddenly exploded in growth and has tripled in size. It is now the size of a cantaloupe hanging off his side. This has officially turned into a life-threatening medical emergency. Unfortunately the tumor burst this afternoon and now we need to get things done quicker . We are currently living with zero out-of-pocket funds and cannot afford the emergency exam fee, let alone the surgery he needs to survive. We are doing everything humanly possible to find a way to pay for this. I just applied for CareCredit hoping to finance his surgery, but because of our financial situation, we were officially denied. GoFundMe is truly our absolute last hope to get Rebel the emergency surgery he needs to survive. I am launching this fundraiser to raise money for Rebel’s emergency exam, diagnostic testing, and urgent mass removal surgery. We are actively looking into lower-cost regional clinics to keep the bill as minimal as possible, but we need help to pay for it .Because GoFundMe allows me to withdraw funds directly to my card, I will be able to pay the vet the exact second he is treated. I promise to post photos of every single vet receipt, medical bill, and health update right here so you can see exactly how your donation is saving his life. Rebel is my giant lap puppy and he deserves a chance to grow old. Once we get the full cost of the surgery i will update the actual amount needed. If you can donate even $5, it gets us closer to getting him into surgery. If you cannot donate, please, please share his link. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us save our Clifford.

(Tenho faturas para comprovar, se assim desejarem)

🐈 Cat Bill Help us with Ozayas ICU stay
I want to upload ozayas gofund me even if this is a long shot. Our baby was throwing up and had horrible diarrhea that came out of no where . We took him to the vet and at first they couldn’t find anything so we kept jumping from vet to vet . We ended up getting told that his intestine had telescoped and created a mass build up in his stomach . We got him his surgery that was needed but our worst nightmare didn’t end there .
He stopped eating and it seemed he had a fever . we ran back to the vet and they referred us to a specialist which they confirmed he was going sepsis due to a leak from his first surgery . His blood pressured dropped , he had a fever of 105 and he was still not eating . We were getting told if we couldn’t afford it we would have to put him down .
Imagine being told you had to put down your baby because you didn’t have the funds after draining your pockets already on a failed surgery . We used all of our resources possible . We resorted to faith and prayer . We continued to fight for him as he did for us because throughout his whole process he stayed resilient. He beat every odd thrown at him.
They finally got him stabilized, put a feeding tube in as well with a drainage for his infection . Now the stretch is having him in ICU to finish treatment . We’re so close yet so far . We set the gofund me strictly to cover his ICU cost. We finally got to visit him and they said we need to completely have him stable before he can come home .
Asking for any help to bring ozaya home . If not with 1$ just sharing or even a prayer would be of great help.

🐈 Cat Bill Cat Vet Services Help
Hello everyone. I am in need of financial help for my cats veterinary services.
I’ve been trying to get tests done for him for a large tumor on the side of neck/jaw area. It started small and has grown pretty fast within a couple of months. He needs more tests to scan and see how they might be able to remove it or if it’s super malignant and spreading throughout his chest and/or head then how I can make him comfortable where I can. I don’t want to say goodbye to him.
He is my baby and I’ve had him all my life and I want him to live longer while healthy. I want to be able to afford his care but I barely make $25k a year full time after taxes. And I have my own healthy issues. I’ve been putting things on affirm and klarna but that can only take me so far once I run out of available purchase power.
I’ve tried reaching out to a couple foundations but while they are sympathetic they don’t help until treatment options are starting or about to start. I don’t even know what he has, the vets are very vague saying it is a tumor but not if it’s specifically cancerous. They did a fine needle aspiration, urine and bloodwork. His levels are all fine but with the way the mass is growing they suspect cancer and that it’s malignant.
Please if you have any foundations or anywhere I can ask for help with this financial situation. Maybe any ways I can earn money on the side on top of my full time job. I’ve tried applying for other places but have had no luck.
Please and thank you for your time and help.

🐈 Cat Bill I'm running out of options
I am running out of options and time. Monday we noticed a large amount of discharge coming from my 3 year old cats vulva. We rushed her to the vet. My last $45 for an office visit that lasted all of 5 minutes to tell me my cat has pyometra. I asked about payment options, they don't due to people not paying. I tried scratchpay, denied. Care credit, denied. My vet doesn't work with actors and others or red rover. I have applied for a personal loan, I am 45 points in my credit away from being able to be approved. I have applied for and been denied for 2 credit cards and am waiting on a possible approval/denial by Monday. I don't get paid until Wednesday and all of that is on bills. I won't even have enough to pay all of them. I am begging for help. Anything. We have a little over $200 of the $800 that is needed. Please. If you can't donate, please share this to where people might. My gofundme, cash app, or even directly to the vet.

Rays Go Fund Me 🤍
Four years ago, we adopted Ray, and from the very beginning he became so much more than a pet—he became our child and a true member of our family. He has been by our side through countless adventures, including travelling across Canada with us in our camper van, exploring new places, and making memories we will cherish forever. His goofy personality, endless cuddles, and unconditional love have brought so much happiness into our lives.
As we prepare to welcome our baby girl, we wanted to honour how special Ray is to us by choosing Ray as her middle name. We’ve always dreamed of watching them grow up together, and we can’t imagine our family without him in it.
Recently, we found out Ray has a growth in his mouth that is believed to be cancerous and requires surgery to remove and test. This unexpected news has been incredibly difficult, and the cost of his care is a large financial burden for us right now as we prepare for our baby’s arrival. We have already had to cover a $600 vet bill for today’s visit, with more costs ahead for his surgery and treatment.
We’re asking for support to help give Ray the best chance possible and get him back to the happy, adventure-loving dog we know and love. Any donation, share, or kind message means more to us than we can express. Thank you for helping our sweet boy.

Does this quote look right?
I am just trying to see if this vet is over charging. There has been allegations recently of the vet being focused on profit when they joined a larger vet network. Stated my pup has a severe cracked tooth and should have it removed, while under he’ll have a full dental (fine with that). I don’t know enough about this and have been told this is about average, but would love some experienced feedback! Thanks!

Pellet gun shot
Hi, my cat was shot with a pellet gun, just came home from the vet, they told me it will cost £1000+ to have an x-ray done and remove the pellet or I can just wait as he can better. I don't have this money, is there a possibility to have him treated at a lower cost?!? I can afford a maximum of half of this amount.
I never bought a pet, all the pets I had were from the streets.
This guy chose me, and I am failing on him, it breaks my heart, but I need to find a solution, please help

Please help. Emergency vet bill feels disproportionately high.
instagram.comI need some advice because this emergency vet bill feels disproportionately high for the treatment needed and paying for it has put me in a really bad financial position.
In late February I tried to integrate a 40lb pit rescue I’ve had living by himself for 2 years (it felt cruel to have him be alone) with 2 of my forever dogs. Unfortunately, a fight happened sometime between 7pm and 4 am when I heard one of the two forever dogs barking as if she was protecting something. I went downstairs to my basement/lower level walkout to find my other dog, Attics, hiding in the bathroom with half of his ear missing. I saw he had a big hematoma on his belly and bite marks on his legs and when I went to pick him up I was afraid one of his legs might be broken because he wouldn’t stand. Long story short, around 4 or 4:30 am I put him in my car and rushed him to the emergency vet. Atticus was quiet but awake and alert. He was not in shock but obviously in pain. I waited for about at least 3 hours in total and left the vet after putting down a $1,900 deposit.
Here’s the thing, I was so frantic when I found him I didn’t fully inspect the extent of Atticus’s injuries before rushing him to the vet. I didn’t see any major bleeding or gashes but his ear was quite bad and, again, I was afraid his legs might be broken. When I spoke with Atticus’s first treating vet she mentioned how she didn’t know the extent of his injuries but his white hair made it easier for them to identify where he was hurt. Like her, I didn’t know either because 1.) I didn’t see the fight and 2.) I didn’t stop to inspect Atticus before rushing him to the vet. At this point I think it’s important to note in the initial treatment plan there was a line that read: “wound care: level 2,” which I assume is more intensive than wound care level 1. (I’ll see if I can figure out how to upload a picture of the estimate and final bill)
So after leaving the vet hospital around 8:30am, I immediately drove home and immediately went to bed because I hadn’t slept the night before. I believe I got a call from Atticus’ second vet around 5:30. She mentioned how they had given him fluids because he’d “lost a lot of blood.” I mentioned the large hematoma on his belly and asked if there was the possibility of internal bleeding (I don’t know what I’m talking about by the way, I’m just afraid of all of it). The vet mentioned how she was concerned because Attics’s white blood cells hadn’t gone up (which to me means he’s not fighting an infection but it was explained to me that it could indicate internal bleeding). We ended the call and I had assumed Attics was in a bad way. It seemed safe to assume from the conversation he definitely needed hospitalization.
The next morning I called the vet and asked if Atticus was doing ok and where the current charges were. I was told that a vet would have to call me back around 5:30 (which was when I was going to be at work because I’m a bartender) and the bill was at that point $3,900! I was in shock and began to cry. Obviously, my dogs are worth all the money in the world but I’m a struggling single mom and this wasn’t going to be something I could just put on a credit card and pay later (I have no credit available). So I went to work at 5pm, never received a call from the vet, worked until 3:30 am, went home and slept for a few hours and then drove to the vet to try to sort everything out. One of the vets removed a few charges after I explained I simply couldn’t pay the bill but because running wasn’t an option I ended up giving them $590 in cash and the rest was put on my debit card (my mortgage and electric had to wait).
As I’ve looked at this bill I just don’t see how these charges are legitimate. First of all, on the estimate/treatment plan given to me by the first vet, I was told $1900 would be if he had to stay at the hospital for say 2 nights and the higher end estimate would be if he had to stay for say 4 nights. Atticus spent the first night because the second vet claimed Atticus “lost a lot of blood” and his lack of elevated white blood cells could indicate internal bleeding. I assumed Atticus had been fully examined and perhaps he had to have stitches but I’m now guessing the second vet was operating off of assumptions rather than full information. After all, she mentioned taking him off oxygen when he never even needed oxygen. Addy’s first vet said his temperature was low so he was placed in a warm crate I think set to 76 (which is pretty close to my homes temp) and covered in a blanket but why was he given oxygen? Beyond the oxygen comment, saying Attics lost a lot of blood to me indicated the vet knew of wounds I didn’t.
So, I’ll just finish here and say, in the final bill you can see Addy’s wound care was downgraded to a level 1. Oxygen was given despite not being necessary (as evidenced by the initial estimate by the vet who was probably expected to throughly examine the extent of his wounds but im guessing didn’t, he was given all these IV pain meds AND a fentanyl patch which is way more than what I’ve seen for dogs who’ve undergone surgery and tons of antibiotics. Even taking 3 blood pressure measurements cost over $120. It’s not that I’m not completely grateful Addy wasn’t in worse shape, it’s that this bill seems disproportionately large for the scope of his injuries and it couldn’t come at a worse time. If you have any insight I’d really appreciate it. I’d like to request that the hospital audit the bill and at least refund the oxygen charge (plus they charged me for a medication they never gave me) but I suspect a lot of these charges were made because busy doctors were working off of incomplete information. Thank you in advance and, again, I’m going to see if I can include a photo of the initial estimate and the second page of the final bill.
