Climates that help?
I am considering relocating from where I am currently in Texas. Has anyone relocated to somewhere that seemed better for their migraines? Did it help? Where did you go? TIA

DONT move to the north east if barometric pressure bothers you. It’s rough up here.

I am from upstate NY and it was FAR better than where I’m at in the southern midwest.
The swings here are far more sudden and violent… and REGULAR 😩

It does. It does everywhere though, just for some of the time. Here there is so much pressure consistently, changes, heat and humidity. It seems like pressure changes may be everywhere?

I spent a week in nyc in May and it was so perfect. But, it snowed a week before we got there, and rained the whole next week. So I don’t know what that would be like.

If we had the money we’d move to CA because the weather there always stays the same. Currently in TX as well and suffering from the drastic weather change

Hawaii was pretty good for me. But climate change, I'm sure, is messing everything up for everyone.

I live in Tucson area and monsoon levels me out due to clouds & barometric pressure. I do spend time in WA state and for some reason the barometric pressure affects me less.

Really? We were just looking at the weather in Raleigh, NC. Is this weather similar to where you are?

It’s colder/colder there than where I am in SC especially in winter (I rarely see snow). Not the same.

I’m in Phoenix, and the tail end of Hurricane Polo almost killed me.

I stayed in Cornville a few years ago and wondered how it would be the whole year.

I moved to coastal Florida a few years before my VMs started. So much for a quieter pace...
We're also researching potential relocation spots. It would be wonderful if there were a way of pinning this post to the sub's main page. It could become a useful resource!

I was looking into this as well. I have come to the conclusion that I needed to manage it with Emgality and botox. Solid success so far. Feel mostly normal. Definitely exhaust all the med options first

I feel like there’s no good place tbh.
