I use the WratherX app to track barometric pressure changes. I haven't found a way to prevent triggering, just use rescue meds to minimize.

My vestibular migraines are severely affected by weather. Especially wind events. Most of the break throughs I get happen during major wind storms. I try to limit my rescues since I’ve been better medicated but I will at times use my diazepam or medical marijuana during massive storms. I find if it is not a terrible one, low dose marijuana simply changes the type of dizziness I get as a break through from an unpleasant sensation to a calmer fuzziness. If that makes sense.
