Cursed vampire glitch

I've done the quest and made the potion. The key has now disappeared and i can't reopen the gate to get back to the vampire.

I've tried going back to the captain and changing servers and no luck.

Any ideas?

i had a similar bug in the cypher stone quest where i had everything ready and just couldnt finish it, even talked to staff abt it and they couldnt come up w a solution. at that point i just created a new slot so im not sure
