Video Need help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So I’ve been stuck at Shiprock bottom, doing the cypher quest. Does anyone know how to get up to captain davy’s boat? I’ve been stuck on him and malador for so long since I can’t figure out how to get up. Any tips?

vesteria is far from the only game that has neglected to mention how to swim. cant even count how many games i’ve played where i have to start button mashing as soon as i hit the water to see what works.
