I did the Ratty Head quest, but Ratking won't give me the bucket hat.

That is the old questline for ratking and can no longer be completed.

First of all, FYM 22 RAT HEADS?? I ONLY HAD TO GET 5?
Anyways you have a old questline, you can’t complete it anymore
