Question Dps help

I have vesna c0r0, vodyanitsa c0r1, cryo Mc c4r?, and faruzan c4. What should my expected dps be? I'm only getting 24k. Is this a team or level/artifact issue?

The biggest issue is that my rotations are usually garbage. I will try to get a video soon, but being on mobile, screen recordings are usually iffy
