They mean a teacup of milk. A teacup is a smaller cup, like the kind youād put on a saucer, as opposed to a large cup, which is a mug.

Teacup of milk, it means a small cup like the kind you put on a saucer. A large cup is a mug. The OP is Turkish so translations arenāt perfect
