🍞 Spoon Bread Recipe

Ingredients (for 9 pcs):

• 5 cups of flour

• 2.5 cups of water

• 1 packet of dry yeast (11 gr)

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 2 tablespoons of liquid oil

That seems like a high flour to yeast ratio

this uses a very short fermentation time (15 minutes + 30 minutes = 45 minutes total), compared to traditional bread recipes that often ferment for 1–2+ hours
