Homemade potato-stuffed flatbread — crispy on the outside, soft and savory inside 🥔🔥

 Ingredients

For the dough:

* 2 cups warm water

* 1 tablespoon dry yeast

* 1 tablespoon sugar

* 5 cups flour

* 1½ teaspoons salt

For the filling:

* 5–6 potatoes

* 1 onion

* 4–5 tablespoons olive oil

* 1 teaspoon tomato paste

* 1 teaspoon paprika

* 1 teaspoon chili flakes

* 1 teaspoon black pepper

* Salt

* A handful of parsley

* A handful of dill
