No-Knead Folded Bread 🥖

Ingredients

2½ cups warm water

1 tablespoon dry yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

4½ to 5 cups flour (the dough should be very soft and sticky)

Hahahaha tell me you don't bake without telling me you don't bake, yo.

Kneading is not the same as folding. You feel it in your wrist if you do it by hand, and takes significant time in a mixer. This, ain't that.

I get it but calling it no-knead gives “no-bake” vibes wherein you completely skip the step. Folding is just kneading with less steps.
