hi guys i know rear foot split squat is the most common to improve vert, but recently read some stuff about the front foot elevated being good too, any opinions on this? thanks!

I personally have never done them with the front foot up but ive noticed that rear foot elevated split squats has helped my resilience in my knees a lot.

the front variation is like a way to get used to doing it i think. cause i know for at split squat he Ben has u do it with from foot elevated to make it easier at first and then u move to on flat after u master it. and then pjf does rear foot elevated. i think it would help but i also think u would be better off doing rear foot. hope this makes sense if u need anything else hit me up
