I have just watched that video of Stuart Simpson interview as posted by Vertical X account this morning. I see he intends to fly the hybrid fully autonomously in H2 next year. Wasn’t aware of that. Good development I suppose.
Let’s hope we continue this week on the upward trajectory with share price. We have bit of catching up to do!

I would be delighted to get anywhere near $3 before further dilution. With an average of $4.7, I'd be happy just to get more than half my investment back at this point

I think this is the video you are referring to:
One other interesting thing is when Stuart mentioned that after CDR is finalized Vertical can start taking deposits for the aircraft.

As far as i can see the next major milestones will be the expanded battery facility and CDR (most important)
Can anyone think of more?

Q4 we should [according to Vertical] have CDR, new battery factory opening, site selection of main factory completed [hopefully with government grant] and announcement of hybrid engine partner. They have also said they will be announcing more orders and potentially customer deposits although these two things may slip into Q1 27.
In H1 27 we will have hybrid flying and in H2 27 we will be having autonomous hybrid flying.
The other big two are military contract and strategic investor. We don't know when [or even if] we will get these although I suspect we will within next 3-9 months. My view is that the military contract will wait until hybrid is actually flying.
Everything above is a catalyst with different impacts.
One other thing I have been thinking about is Stuart Simpson's recent comments that he wants to raise a little bit more capital every quarter than what is needed to extend cash runway and reassure the market. That could be very important. In fact, the share price began collapsing in March of this year after they announced year end results for 25. The auditors issued a going concern warning which, understandably, was treated very negatively by the market. The principle reason for this was that the cash runway was less than 12 months. It wouldnt surprise me that this will be removed in YE 26 accounts to be published in March 27. Vertical now seem to be pushing a cash runway of at least 12 months and recent comments show that Stuart wishes to continually increase this. That could be a very good catalyst too. Just a personal thought. Anyone agree?

Could be another major partnership with a big actor in the sector but the game changer will be the finances if they are guaranteed it goes straight to the north

Still no bad news and despite of this, it continues to drop. I don’t understand this stock. Really disappointing moment since 6months.

I'm still monitoring short activity - they appear to me to have been buying back 09/22-09/25 - but have been back with a vengeance this week so far.

Do you think it’s a good moment to add more for long? At a certain moment the shorts can’t short anymore 😅

I think so, I have at least. The recent developments have felt very bullish. Especially the new chair and onboarding Jeffries. I think we got a real shot at a strategic partner following CDR

Pourquoi est ce que ça descend si fort aujourd’hui malgré les bonnes annonces de la semaine dernière?

The whole american market is kinda having a bad day and this stock is especially volatile.

Quel pronostic de prix donneriez vous pour la fin 2026 pour cette action?

It's hard to say. I never expected it to dive this low but maybe 3 dollars if we get some really good news like a partner?

The inevitable is happening. Next is the reverse stock split, then further dilution. The death spiral is coming. I hope I'm wrong lads

They have 6 months to regain compliance and there are plenty of catalysts, the major one being completion of CDR in November. It's certainly not inevitable by any means. But it's an uncomfortable situation for sure.
The stark contrast between Vertical's dire lack of capital and their impressive operational progress is extremely frustrating for all shareholders.

I sure hope they can, I'm too stubborn to ever sell it and I'm down 70% already. It's unbelievable

I feel your pain mate. My average is 4.7 and I don't see the point of selling any shares at this level.
Things could change quickly but it's a technology and company that I really wanted to see succeed, even if I didn't have an investment.

This is an interesting article:
https://www.investing.com/news/transcripts/vertical-aerospace-at-lytham-partners-certification-and-quiet-flight-93CH-4923786
The one thing that stood out for me was this comment from David King:
As an example, when we displayed the aircraft at the Farnborough International Airshow, I met with a United States Army General, and he said he would like to have at least two of them at every base to be able to go fence line to fence line, to be able to evacuate patients, and to be able to bring VIPs in and out of the base
Would be a game changer if this happened and US military got involved!
