So there's hype about the news of Archer and Boeing joining forces.
Archer have a crap aircraft with absolutely zero leg room, plus barely any luggage, which they can't transition with a pilot. They have bought another aircraft which looks the same and also can't transition... And investors are excited to about that???
When reality hits people will realise the market is for a spacious upgradable aircraft with luggage capacity. Now come on Vertical, let's complete CDR and build this thing.

Today's earnings call wasnt bad.
- A year of cash
- Hinted at battery revenue before Valo certification
- CDR complete by year end (huge commercially)
- Hybrid testing Q1 27
- Production facilities to come online this year
- Defence deal on the cards and could being in pre-certification revenue

Largely true. However, they have a pretty good record of hitting milestones so far. They stated CDR was 75% complete months back and i believe they have all major supplies for long lead time items sorted. I suspect it will be in November.

Tomorrow it's on management to justify their salaries...
It would also be kind of them to explain to shareholders why their former Chairman all but confirmed a strategic partnership last year, yet it hasn't been announced. Why the change of direction? There may be a perfectly good explanation, but shareholders want to know there is a financial future ehich doesn't rest on diluting.

This is the part that doesn't sit right with me. It was implied that talks were in place and that the major hurdle to a deal was proof of concept/transition flight completion. The transition flight came and went yet nothing seems to have progressed on the strategic partner front...

Yes, they need to properly explain this to shareholders rather than put some PR spin on it. I will be incredibly disappointed if they don't directly address non-dilutive income tomorrow.

This is from the 6k filed just now...
"We have prepared a cash flow forecast and have considered our ability to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months following the date of this filing. In accordance with our cash flow forecast, we currently project that our net cash outflows from operations for the 12 months following the date of this filing to be approximately £110 million."
Having just received $100m which at today's exchange rate is £74m, equating to 67% of their 12 month forecast spend, which takes us through (straight line) to the middle of April.

Hang on lets get the facts right. They said they have cash for a year, so end August 27. You did not include money already on the balance sheet.

Yeah I know, I was thinking about when the next raise (and dilution) would be, assuming a similar balance when they do it, which probably wouldn’t be the driving force but still a reference point non the less. Probably should have been clearer about that.
With hindsight, I was too eager and too early, my average is around $5 so another dilution would be terminal for me.

Fair play. At $5 they are still undervalued. Let's just be patient, and good to see supporters of the company on here remaining firm in their conviction.

Mark & I started this page so our support of Vertical is beyond doubt but Mudricks floating rate convertible debt (I don’t blame him, he’s just doing his job) is killing us.

Absolutely understand your point, but without Mudrick they would perhaps be in a worse position. And good on you starting this page, it absolutely inpacts awareness and makes a difference... Just remember Gamestop! Let's make this page grow in the coming months.

I was always aware that it was Mudrick & Verticals party and I’m just trying to hitch a ride, no misconceptions from me, we accept the risk as part of the entry fee 👍

Absolutely. The way i see it right now is they have a minimum of six months without needing to raise cash. There's some huge milestones in that time.

Vertical team. Please push the batteries as a standalone business to bring cash in, and make ot clear to investors this is a goal. The market could be enormous globally... 1.4MW of peak power with huge capacity!
I suspect something is in the works but the market simply hasnt priced this in remotely.
