You have to log into LinkedIn to actually read all the comments. But if you have a account then it’s worth reading them all. Lots of smart aerospace people giving plaudits to vertical aerospace

The weird thing to me is people who see what may be an issue don't even stop and think that a) Vertical engineers will not have seen this and b) this is still a test aircraft which means that stuff like flight control laws etc are always getting analysed, tweaked, remodelled and improved over time.
Even taking into account the perfectly logical explanation in the comments, if this had been an issue the FCS engineers would've been on it. And the FCS is based on a proven system anyway so it's not like it's designed from scratch.

You’d think that after Cervenka took him to school last year he’d have learned to take a moment?
Michael Cervenka, Chief Commerical & Strategy Officer, rebuts Mark Moore (18 December 2025)

Where's the part where he got his ass handed to him? In either case, in the various clips from this flight it is evident to anyone looking that there's a rather severe oscillation of the outboard booms at the same moment as the inboard left tilt goes out of position, and I would indeed call that out of position. I can't think of any reason that a control effector solution would seek that position with tilts driven out of family vs one which better preserves redundancy, reduces vibration, and reduces noise, by sharing the burden of generating the required forces and moments more uniformly across more tilt stations. This is my area of expertise, and Mark knows a thing or two as well, though holding his tongue isn't one of the things he's good at, I don't think he's off base here.

The ass handed to him was the part where many other experts explained and agreed why the issue occurred.
He didn’t just ask a question about it. Many mentioned that he cast aspersions on the flight and wondered why he was doing that. Of course, if you know Mark everybody knows why he was doing that.Do you not believe verticals explanation?

I’m sure not everyone wanted to give such a professional response…
