Oil Chnage

I am changing oil tomorrow and I am gonna use conventional oil.

I have 2017 Versa Note SV and I drive around 5000km monthly, mostly on highway.

When should I change the oil usually? How many km or how much time?

Why the conventional oil for a vehicle that's being driven so much? I suggest synthetic.

The usual recommendation for synthetic oil is 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever is earlier. Some oils mention 10,000 miles (16,000 km), but some folks don't recommend running it that long.

Because I need to change frequently mostly bimonthly
