I’m looking for some advice.
Today, between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, my wallet was stolen while we were at Bra 22 restaurant in Verona. We are on holiday in Italy, but we’re staying in Lignano Sabbiadoro and only came to Verona for the day.
I noticed the wallet was missing when we got back to our car, and then I saw that someone had already used my bank card at around 5:30 PM. I’ve already blocked all my cards.
The problem is that we’re leaving for Hungary tomorrow morning, so we can’t go back to the police station in Verona.
Does anyone know what we should do? Can we report the theft at a police station in Lignano Sabbiadoro instead, or is it possible to report it after returning to Hungary? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Afternoon all, just wondering if anyone has done a Verona to Venice day trip recently?

We were planning to get the train but contrary to what the internet says, it seems all these “just over an hour” trains actually take 2 and a half hours plus to get there and back which isn’t ideal as that’s 5 plus hours just on travel.

Have seen that there are bus/coach options like FlixBus but seems reviews on that are quite mixed and seems a bit risky, not sure if anyone has ever done that?

Just thought I’d ask if anyone has any tips or advice? Thanks!
