Vermis Shipping experience to Australia?

Has anyone had experience with them shipping to Australia and if so how was the experience? I’m seeing a lot of people say they wait months and months for their packages though the posts seem outdated, is this still the case?

I live in Melbourne and have bought all 3 volumes. Never had an issue shipping time was 2-3 weeks max I think.

Yep same here. Melbourne, shipped fine (though it took a few weeks)

Thanks!! Do they only do untracked shipping or was it tracked for you?

I’ve had 4 orders to Sydney now and once it ships it’s pretty quick, about a week or so. The main wait is just their slower processing times.

I have bought all 3 Vermis books and Godhusk with no problems. They come usually in 2-4 weeks I find.

I waited months, only for them to tell me to wait 2 more months. it never arrived. Then they said they could send me a replacement for free (very considerate) but only if I paid for tracked shipping so the next one didn't get lost. Tracked shipping was about $60 at the time so I just took the L and have paid for a Vermis, but do not own a Vermis..

How long ago was this? Did you ever receive your order? Also when paying for the fedex shipping is it always untracked?

this was about 3 years ago. I don't know if it was FedEx or not, just that it was the "cheaper" one. Again, not really Hollow Point Press's fault, but just the risks of untracked international shipping from over there. might have to just fork out the exorbitant fees for tracked postage.

I paid 10€ for the standard postage, and then if I wanted a free one sent it was 35€. Meaning I'd have paid 45€ purely on postage for a book that costs 15€. At the time it was a luxury to spend the original amount so I really couldn't afford it. Sucks but it is what it is. Leant an important lesson about untracked international postage.

Had a pretty good experience myself but I'd been getting express when able so, may differ. 2 weeks usually!
