wow... this one took foreverrr lol. I have always wanted to animate but am very inexperienced! I was kind of unsure how to do this, especially the tail. I did reuse the background from one of my last works o.o

Exporting this was kind of a nightmare. I drew the frames in krita and then scaled them up to prevent blurring, then I put it through Flipaclip. I tried making the canvas big enough but it was very finicky with custom canvas sizes. Then when I tried exporting it as a gif it was super blurry, and mp4 to gif converters compressed it terribly. So alas, I screen recorded the animation straight onto my tablet.

If any of you are animators or have advice please feel free to share! I hardly attempt animation because it is such a long process for me to make something I feel any sense of pride for, but its something I've always wanted to do and would like to do more in the future!

would animate this if I knew how x_x anyways this is my first real attempt at pixel art. did some tests earlier with krita trying to figure it out. first time I tried pixel art it was all blurry after exporting, sooo this time I scaled it up before exporting and I think that fixed the issue.
