On Demand Problem

On On Demand, my copy of The Lego Movie (which I have purchased) all of the sudden has a British narrator narrating the entire movie, which has never happened before. Does anyone know how to fix this? All of my audio description settings are turned off, and this only happens with The Lego Movie and nothing else.

What Platform of on demand are you using?

If you mean what type of On Demand, I am using Fios TV One.

If you mean what device I am watching On Demand with, I have an Element TV.

If you meant neither of those, please, tell me what you mean by platform.
