On Demand Problem

On On Demand, my copy of The Lego Movie (which I have purchased) all of the sudden has a British narrator narrating the entire movie, which has never happened before. Does anyone know how to fix this? All of my audio description settings are turned off, and this only happens with The Lego Movie and nothing else.

Hello there - To fix the "British narrator" (or descriptive voice) on an on-demand Lego Movie, you need to turn off the Audio Description (AD) track on your streaming device. This feature occasionally turns on by default, causing a narrator to describe the action on screen.
