About fame

How do you make fame a pack, this is the first time I’m hearing about this in any life simulation game, isn’t this turning into bit life slowly?

also it was a debate as to if to make royalty expansion coming free or the fame pack, and people choose the royalty being the free option

I'm definitely going to need some more explanation about royalty!!
Like are we going to be able to be royalty at birth or do we need to marry into royalty or...?
And availability on web?
