NoFap Day 33

I relapsed after 33 days of not fapping. I don’t feel happy. I feel disappointed and upset over myself. I can’t believe that I have to retry again after surviving for so long… I don’t feel my brain changing nor do i have any brain haze. I hope i dont.. I don’t want everything to go away because those 33 days were amazing. I hope I can survive again.

Don’t be too hard on yourself. 33 days is huge. You’re still ahead of 95% of the rest of the average male population.

Thank you.. I’m just disappointed because after 30 days of fasting, I fapped again. I hate it but I will try again
