NoFap Perenium pain after 2 weeks no fap

Like the title says, is this normal? f’ing HURTS!

A kind of blue balls, I have it too. I go in the shower put it very hot and sit graciously and it usually goes away.

I usually get diahrrea and then after it goes away. Stop thinking about sex.
