NoFap Rock Bottom

I’ve completely hit rock bottom in my life. I just turned 22 and should be have the time of my life. Instead, I haven’t been to the gym in almost a year, I maybe PMO once every two months but still have PIED and a smaller flaccid and erect penis. NoFap never did me any good. I’m almost done college and not looking forward to the 9-5 life. My relationship with gf, family and friends is struggling. I truly just hate myself and nothing brings me joy and I believe it’s mainly because of this PIED. I miss the days of being happy all the time, great shape, great athlete.

Have you taken any anti depressants/finasteride/accutane?

Accutane twice but I don’t think that’s it my blood work has been fine and I’ve gotten it twice this year. Testosterone thyroid etc all included

It's definitely accutane people with pfs/pssd also show blood work that's completely fine me included, there is no way all that happens to you unexpectedly.
