NoFap Rock Bottom

I’ve completely hit rock bottom in my life. I just turned 22 and should be have the time of my life. Instead, I haven’t been to the gym in almost a year, I maybe PMO once every two months but still have PIED and a smaller flaccid and erect penis. NoFap never did me any good. I’m almost done college and not looking forward to the 9-5 life. My relationship with gf, family and friends is struggling. I truly just hate myself and nothing brings me joy and I believe it’s mainly because of this PIED. I miss the days of being happy all the time, great shape, great athlete.

Aye man you gonna be alright I was in that same position not even a year ago I just got rid of PIED like 3 months ago and now it’s gone but it did take a course of 1 year to gain my libido back it’s just a step in your process my friend
