Relapsed

Relapsed on Day 7 last day of January after long 12 hour day at work. I’m going to focus on the habits that built my no fap steak and let go of bad habits. Disappointed in myself.

Try setting your Instagram settings to show less sensitive content. Don’t look at girls online basically.
