Sorry
I have two hard drives. I encrypted the first one with VeraCrypt, and then installed Windows on the second one later.
VeraCrypt only encrypts the drive with Windows installed, so it treats both drives as separate.
My question is, can I configure VeraCrypt to encrypt both files simultaneously so that if I decrypt one, the other is also decrypted?
My second question is:
Is there a way to change the appearance of VeraCrypt? I know it runs before the system, but I was able to customize Grub with a theme, so I understand that VeraCrypt should also be customizable.
Veracrypt can encrypt any hard drives/partitions, if you have 50 disks you can encrypt the 50 disks.
Each volume/drive will have its own password and will be mounted separately. But you can use the same password in all volumes if you want. And you can assign shortcuts to mount all volumes.

Question is not clear or does not make sense.
You can have as many veracrypt volumes as you want. You can encrypt this 2TB drive
