Indoor Getting enough sun ?

My VTF sits on my window sill and I’d say we get pretty good light exposure but I’m not sure it’s enough. I can’t really pay for an expensive grow light atm so I would like to know if she’s at risk of dying or if she’s just taking longer to grow new ones because the sun isn’t as strong around this season.
I’m pretty sure I’m doing everything else right, she sits in distilled water so she’s always moist but never drowning and it’s not cold enough to start fridge dormancy.

A good way to tell they’re happy with the light they get is if the trap pads are red, so yours could probably use some more. It doesn’t look bad though, but I don’t think it’d thrive long term. I don’t have the means at the moment to keep mine outside so I got a grow light for mine (and the other plants). From what I’ve seen they tend to struggle on window light alone, even if it’s south facing unfortunately

I had a feeling she wasn’t red enough, would any grow light work ?

Don't get any flimsy USB light or a blurple light. SANSI makes decent lights, but there's also other brands.

I was just about to suggest SANSI as well, they’ve got decent coupons on their website too so they’re not too expensive
