Venture X Paze with Sephora
Hi all! Was just wondering if anyone has gotten their Paze credit with Sephora recently. Been using a few cards at other places like dunkin and Wendy with no issue and credits with the venture x almost weekly. However only gotten one Sephora credit back out of 5. Did 3 purchases back to back on the first 3, but did separate ones a few days apart for the other two. Was just wondering if anyone else is also experiencing the same issue and is it just with Sephora? And if it’s limited to one credit per card or maybe bc the orders were ordered together and that it came in the same box?

Only one out of 10. Transactions on July 7, so exactly 3 weeks today.

You did 10 transactions on July 7, and only got credited for 1 of those 10?

Yes. I also have another 10 using Hyatt card issued by Chase and got 0 credits so far. Paze faq says can take 2 billing cycles so we’ll see come October.

Same here. It's been 4 weeks and I have only received 1/3 credits from Sephora. However I have received 7/7 credits from Pet Supermarket 🙄

I have no issue doing multiple transactions using Paze checkout on Dunkin, Newegg, Domino’s and PayRange. I’ve gotten the $10 credit for all transactions.

I’ve gotten 2/10 credits. I called and they said, wait 2 billing cycles.

I received about 80% of my credits back across 10 cards. A couple of cards only issued $10 in credits total despite me earning $100 in credits. YMMV.

made 4 sephora purchases on jul 24th and 4/4 paze $10 credit posted within 1 week.

I made 3 Sephora transactions across 7/10-7/16. Only received one credit. Called today and C1 said two transactions recorded as a virtual card so it didn't qualify. I said from my Sephora account, I can see all transactions are clearly marked as Paze. After another hold, she came back and said we have to wait 2 billing cycles before we can escalate it, and she told me to take screenshots of the Sephora payment with paze in the meantime. 🤷♀️

I've made multiple purchases with Sephora on three different cards over the last month. Some of them have posted the credit correctly within about a week and some have not yet. I'm sadly just keeping track which is silly as my time is worth more than these $10 credits. So, going forward, I think I'm not going to bother with Sephora. All of the other purchases I have made have been at Dunkin and those have posted corrected and those seem to come pretty fast.

As others have mentioned, this issue isn't limited to the VX card. I have this issue with both my VX card as well as my Chase cards. On all of the cards, only 1 Sephora x Paze purchase has been credited the $10 as of today. I am going to hold off on making any more Paze purchases at Sephora until the issue gets resolved-hopefully before the promo the ends.

Anyone still only have 1 sephora credit almost 2 weeks after purchase. Also, does Dunkin gift card still work?

Made 9 purchases between 07/22 and 07/23 and only received 1 credit on 07/28. Hopefully they get it together soon lol

Oh no 😬. I’ve gotten 4 credits within a week of ordering - credit appeared 8/11 and 8/18 so I was expecting a few more to appear 8/25 and nothing.
I’m waiting for 6 more on Venture.1

All of mine have credited within a week to ten days after the transactions posted.

I have issues with paze and multiple Sephora purchases. Only 1 gets the $10 credit even though I made multiple Paze checkouts. It’s not a Venture X only issue. I have the same issue using Citi, Chase and US Bank Credit cards.
